The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency said it can be alarmed with regards to the substantial number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your website higher range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The assistance stage made for intervention experiences a large inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for the office to attend to all people who status sassa check out a service point.
